The playroom is a warm and inviting space filled with a variety of carefully chosen toys, sensory tools, figurines… and, of course, me! Through play, children have an opportunity to safely explore and process experiences and emotions that may have felt too overwhelming to manage at the time.
We’ll also build “roadmaps” to help your child connect what they notice in their body with their emotions, while learning and practicing tools for regulation. Using evidence-based play therapy approaches, I’ll support your child in building new skills, making sense of their experiences, and moving toward their goal – all at their own pace.

This is a supportive space where I’ll get to know you, your family through your eyes, and the values that are important to you as parents. My goal is to help you celebrate the joys of parenting while navigating the tricky parts, too – no judgement here; this is hard stuff!
Parents are invited to participate in regular parent support sessions where we can check in about how things are going outside of the playroom, explore psychoeducation that may help you better understand your child, and talk through strategies that can be helpful at home and in other settings. Together, we’ll build on what’s working and find ways to support your child’s growth – while supporting you along the way, too.
This is a private, welcoming space for teens and adults to talk about whatever is on their mind. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, relationship challenges, or big life changes, our sessions are centred around you and what you need.
I’ll be there alongside you as we explore what you’re experiencing, make sense of your feelings, and work toward feeling more connected to your authentic self. We’ll take things at your pace, while building skills and finding tools that can make life feel a little more manageable.
